"Gone with the war"

The events set off by the Second World War destroyed whole ethnic groups and scattered huge numbers of people all over the world. This film gives and overview of how the war altered the fates of the Estonian people in the mid-20th century an onwards. The film is composed of interviews with witnesses of the Nazi German and Soviet occupation regimes that forced these people to flee their home country.
